Your Vision Discount
With your HealthView Vision Care Plan (HVVCP) Card you will receive a 10% discount on dress eyewear frames, lenses, prescription sunglasses and non prescription sunglasses, and non disposable contact lenses. Your HealthView Vision Care Plan (HVVCP) Card allows you a 10% discount on Lasik Surgery through the
TLC Vision Advantage Program.
Please present your card when you arrive at the office or inform the receptionist that you have a HVVCP card. That’s it! No paperwork, no forms to fill out.
You simply pick out the frame, lenses, sunwear or non disposable contacts of your choice and receive your discount*. It couldn’t be easier. You can use it over and over, there is no limit to the number of times it is used in a benefit period.
*HealthView Vision Care Plan discount is not available on already discounted items, nor can it be used to ‘double up’ on another discount plan. If you are unsure of your discount, please feel free to contact us, or any of the offices in our network.
